Before watching this film, I felt that it was very difficult to learn and complete something, always changed by some bits and pieces, after watching the film, I learned to refuse to procrastinate and focus on learning, the speaker in the film believes that as long as you master four tricks: disassemble skills, learn a certain level, eliminate practice barriers, practice for at least 20 hours, and bravely overcome fear, believe that you can do it, and continue to practice to improve better.

Because I seldom open the camera, I will do my own thing behind the camera, but people who do not respect the speech in this way cannot absorb the content of the course well.
2. Hand gestures
Hopefully, the next time I need to report, I can add gestures to make the content feel more powerful, and it will also entice the audience to listen more intently and look more confident.
